Generalities

            Name: Seiji OHARA
            Hero Name: Pebble.
            Age: 18 years old.
            Gender: Boy.
            Height/Weight:  1m77 for 61kg.
            Orientation : Heterosexual.
            Birthday:  November, 16th (Scorpio)
            Origins:  Japanese.

            Quirk: Geomancer.
            Seiji can manipulate ground and stone under our feets but can only create a few quantity of it. He can throw it, use it to streghten some body parts, and create stuff like silex, shields and so on... 
Limits : He's not as fast as he wish, and in an urban environement he have to found a way to break through the asphalt before accessing and using the ground of the stone in it.
Repercussions : If he creates too much material from his hand, they become stony and he slowly loose sensations and ability in his hands. If he carry on after that, his blood can get thicker and the consequences could be terrible.

Personnality

            Badass, funny and cool... At least this is what his trying to look like.
Seiji is this super funny and reckless guy that everybody likes in high school, the good friend in fact. This young man takes every challenge he can, as long as it makes him look like a confident guy : Having the maximum grade at the exam, exploding a dumbass' locker, organize a huge party at home, here it's ok, Seiji can't chicken out. He often have this weary look on his face when he's at school, however when he's away from people or with someone he feels really close to, he shows his real part of him : a sensible and unconfident guy.

            Unconfident, in fact.
Indeed, as said earlier, Seiji is hiding behind a shell of cool and good-looking appearence, of a reckless boy whose behaviour isn't a real source of satisfaction for him, in fact. Truth is, he lacks of self-confidence and can't stand critics on his person, his work, his choices or his relatives. If someone critisize him, his first reaction would be to act like the cool guy he wants to make us believe he truly is : Weary look, raised eyebrow, and a quiet "I don't give a shit", while in fact, in his true-self, he just want to lay down and cry like a baby. 

            Jealous, and a bit of a liar.
Of course, to lead this double-faced game, Seiji have to lie a lot. Sometimes it's just to make peaople laugh, but it can also be to take credits he do not deserve. The other part of him is a jealous boy, who wish he was as self-confident as the others, or as successful. He's also quite materialistic and he will always try to have chooses as cool as this guy's, or a better phone than this one...

            Incomfortable with physical contacts.
His worst ennemy, so far. This guy, so nice and popular that he's trying to be, is in fact disgusted when someone is hugging him. EVEN WORST, if this special someone is a girl. Being not that confident, and feeling awkward when it comes to have a physical contact, he never had any girlfriend in fact and is a bit terrified by the simple idea of being closed to them. He does have some friends, who are girls, for sure, but, well- if they fell in love with (for?) him, he will run away from them because his complex makes him really shy.

            Get attached really fast.
This is one of the things he do not fake up when he's acting like the popular guy. He is really friendly and get easily attached to people. He wont give free hugs or else for sure, no, but we can say his affection gave something more platonic.

             In fact, it's quite hard to see Seiji assuming his unconfident true self, but some clues in his behaviour can sometimes let you guess it quite easily, it depends if your character is paying attention or not to those details.

• Pale, quite tall for his age, not really muscled, childish face, short black hair, almond-shaped eyes, brown iris.
  
• He have few scars on the face and body 
• No tatts, no freckles, no piercings.

            Shizuo Ohara, aka Earthquake (Father) // - Former Pro-Hero, now retired, Seiji really loves him, however he doesn't understand why he's still obsessed with findind his wife after all theses years...
            Ikuko Ohara (Mère)  † - She disapeared when Seiji was 5 years old, the few memories he have about her are the ones of a loving mother and wife, but also a very sensitive woman, just like him as he grew up.
            Lil'Bud' (Bird)  / - Canari bird offered by one of Seiji's bests friends, when he came back in Kyoto to see him. He barely fly and loves sitting on Seiji's head, he's also quite fat, to be honnest.

            Yurisa  ///- Seiji's childhood friend, he had a stressful reaction when he saw her again in Tokyo, and he keeps thinking she could try to put his reputation down. However, during a dialogue with Amelia (see below), he acted with altruism when they talked about Yurisa, asking her interlocutor not to judge his childhood friend meanly, even if she have a really strong personnality. Things got way better after Seiji's birthday, he finally saw Yurisa cared for him and really suffered during those two years, after he left Kyoto.
            Mariko // - He likes Mariko a lot, and conside her like an exemple to follow to make people apreciate who he is (or who he want you to think he is). They seem to share a mutual trust for eachother, but as she admire Blasting Colt, Seiji got jealous. Mariko asked Seiji to come with her to choose the cat she will adopt.
            Ralph // - He won't hide it : Ralph inspire Seiji a lot, with his constant charism and amazing sens of style !
            Danny  - He doesn't talk a lot, it's not a bad thing.
            Amelia  - It's an open-minded girl, they really get on well, and she even accepted to call her good ol' doggo "Pebble" just like Seiji's Hero Name. Her squirrel is named Judas after he attacked Seiji in the back. Sneaky bastard.
            Silver / - Ok, she saved his life... But she also assaulted him with a hug and god knows he HATES that, and it scared the shit out of him, at the point that he would have prefered being eaten by this weird villain than suffering again with a hug. Plus, she brings Hentai novels in school, that's awkward.
            Dylan / - Dylan seems sympathetic, and he feels really guilty that he threw a juicer at her, he would do anything to redeem, even if, technically, she already forgave him.
            Shima / - Shima's a really good guy, reasonable and compassionate. Seiji really appreciated that he act diplomatically when a fight started between Seiji and Yurisa.

            Rikka / - Seiji's cousin. He found her quite scary sometimes...

            Facts :

• Even if he does everything not to look like it, everybody thinks he's gay.
• "Pebble", his allias, is a way to look cool and show he's not THAT serious.
• He naver had any girlfriend, and if he keeps running away from love stories, he won't have one for a fucking long time...
• He have nosebleeds quite often, that's annoying.
• His scars, in his face and body, are results of bad reception when skateboarding, but also coming from unglorious fights.
• Being a reckless boy, who wants to seem cooler than he truly is, Seiji can't refuse a bet, ANY bets. Therefore, it's really easy to take him into weird plans.
